Country Over Party:
In 2012 there is an oppurtunity for Americans to come together and put Country before party. It is time we as Americans stand with each other to send Washington the message that partisanship is not the way to correct the direction America is headed in.
Economic Recovery:
We need to create jobs to put tax revenues back into government accounts,job creation equals a better financial future for our children and generations to come.
I can not see leaving our problems for our children to deal with as they become adults. President's of the United States do not create jobs, the President creates an environment to allow Small Bussinesses to succeed. With low business taxation jobs will be created and many of our citizens can find the employment they need to provide for their families.
I propose a plan named the 1% Return Fund which would help the working lower and middle class in America without redistributing the wealth. This program will help the lower to middle class in a way that rewards the hard work they do. This idea was thought of about 5 years ago by myself,the plan is simple. It is as follows Every person who files a tax return will have 1% set aside to be pooled and disbursed equally among everyone. The checks of Return should be timed around Income Tax Returns.
Excessive Government in our lives:
It is the Federal Government responsiblity to protect its citizens from enemies of the United States and provide General Welfare for its citizens. Over reaching into our lives will not be part of my Agenda as President. A smaller Federal Government will ensure that all of its citizens are not treated as subjects but as the heart and sole of our Republic. The Federal Government needs to get out of the way and not be the big brother of a nanny state.
It is time to stop the Waste and Spending that has affected us all.

National Security:
With the winding down of the War on Terror an overall evaluation of the Strategic Interests of America need to be done. As Commander In Chief I will order the Top US Military Leadership to give me an overall summary for a 10 year plan to wrap up all of on going operations abroad.
There needs to be an understanding this doesn't mean we have to become isolationist, what I propose is getting the world to a safe place were we can bring our men and women of the Armed forces home to give them the rest they deserve. For so long the US military has been asked to sacrifice. It is time to bring them home for rest, to retrain them for the future conflicts we will face and to maintain and service thier equipment.
I SUPPORT REINTRODUCING LEGISLATURE TO BRING BACK DON'T ASK DON'T TELL
Obamacare:
First and foremost the legislaton that created Obamacare is unconstituional.
No where in the Constitution does it mandate the citizens to pay for healthcare. Second I don't believe the whole plan needs to be scrapped,what needs to happen is a few tweeks here and there. All parties Republican Democrat or other need to sit down and come up with solutions that benefit Americans and that is constitutional.
New American Renewal Approach:
As President I will be an hands on President, I am capable of writing and proposing my own ideas for America that put Americans first. A new spirit of American renewal is what we need. We need someone who doesn't lead from behind and when times get tough the sleeves are rolled up.America needs to get back on the path as the leader in the world and not as a follower.
Education:
The children are our future with this being said I feel that the education system be revamped. No longer should teachers teach to the tests, No child Left behind should be augmented with " It's time to teach our kids again" No one wants our children to be Left behind in Math, Science and basic skills. What it boils down to is we are only as smart as our children.
Dependancy of Foreign Oil:
During the Campaign of 2008 a slogan of " Drill Baby Drill" was coined. This simple approach was based on rising gas prices that Americans are paying. Saudi Arabia needs the price of oil to be $45.00 a barrell to make a profit,as of this date June 4 2011 the price per barrell of oil is $100.00 two times the price needed to line the pockets of Regimes that hold the American people hostage by jacked up oil prices.
America can't continue to allow foreign states to dictate our fuel prices. There needs to be a combination on multiple fronts, first is to allow US oil Companies to explore shale oil, natural gas, and the Continental Shelf off the East Coast. During the time of new American oil production the Strategic Reserves should be opened in a way not to deplete our resources but help in easing the burden of the American Consumer.
Auditing the Federal Reserve:
The Federal Reserve needs to be Audited, the citizens of America deserve the right to know about American financial standing after all its our tax money that keeps the government operating. After being passed in the US House of Representatives Demacrats in the US Senate stripped the Federal Reserve Audit Bill and what was introduced was more expanded control over lending and money.
Transparency In Government:
As we have seen with the Recovery Act and other Legislative Bills behind closed door meetings seem to be the norm now.No longer do the American people have the oppurtunity to see what laws will govern them. Just as Former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi had said we have to pass the bill to know whats in it. Does this make since to you? and if it does I have some ocean front property in the middle of the Sahara Desert I wanna sell you.
Comprehensive Immigration Reform:
The time is Now to secure our borders,then deal with the overwhelming problem of illegal immigration.The Border Patrol needs to be increased with the National Guard and other means. We need to finish the Fence along the Southern Border and support the States that share the Border with Mexico. Drug lords, criminal elements and other unfriendlies have staked claim inside our terroritorial land. As President I will dispatch highly trained and equipped Personell to defend the citizens that are being murdered and harrassed by the illegal immigrants and drug lords on American shore.
You the citizens of California, Nevada, Arizona and Texas will not be left behind,the Governors of your states will get the Federal Support that you need to free you from the terrorism that is growing along our Southern Borders. I will press the Mexican Government to do more to combat this act of aggression on our citizens that comes from their side of the Border.
The second phase will be dealing with the Illegal Immigration once we have the flow across the Border controlled. The proposal I am offering is a path to citizenship for those who broke our laws by coming here illegally.
Any person that has been in the US illegally for more than five years and haven't started the paperwork to become a citizen will get two options. The first is to return to their country of origin file the paperwork with the US Consul in their country of origin to become a US citizen.There will be a waiting period of two years before you can return to US, this is for you jumping ahead of others that did right thing in going through the process.
The second option will be staying in the US filing paperwork for US citizenship,receive a temporary citizenship while on probationary period of two years and receive a felony for your breaking of our immigration Laws.
Employers of Illegal Immigrants will be held accountable a fine of $75,000 per Illegal for first offense. For a second offense the right of the company to do business in America will be revoked.
Senior Citizens:
The Seniors of the United States will be a top priority of my Adminastration. I can not understand why the elderly in America have to be paying outrageous prices for prescription drugs. I speak to this wondering why prescription drugs cost so much? I ask myself why do so many Seniors make the treck across the Canadian Border to purchase cheaper medicines. Don't we make cheaper drugs in America anymore? It will be one of many reforms that as President I would undertake. I will first put the Big Pharmaceutical Companies on notice, I don't make no bones about this I want my intentions known. If the drug prices aren't lowered I will tax these companies and it will dig into their pocket books.
F.I.L.L. ACT of 2013 (Federal Initiative Locating Labor)
This iniative I offer would be a Federal Program to get Americans back to work.The principle of this is very simple. Americans looking for work could register with the F.I.L.L. website, listing information and resumes,compiling a database of unemployed workers.
The second half of the program would have companies register so they can list what their labor needs are.The F.I.L.L. ACT of 2013 will be a clearinghouse for citizens and companies trying to solve the unemployment crisis in America.
There are some Incentives that the Federal Government could offer to participants. For companies that participate would recieve a 10% tax reduction and the unemployed registered with F.I.L.L. would receive a $250 dollar tax rebate for each year both parties participate in the F.I.L.L. ACT of 2013.
Birth Certificate
As a Candidate for President I will release my Birth Certificate,it will not be a Birth
Annoucement. While I am on the subject of Birth Certificates I will put the question to President Obama first question: Did you travel to Pakistan in 1981 and if so what passport did you travel under? The second question would be can naturalized citizens be President of the United States.
My answers to these Issues:
Abortion:
I am pro life I believe that at conception a human is being formed, I also having strong feelings of individual rights do understand a persons descision of choice.As long as it is legal its a issue that distracts from more pressing issues.
Afghanistan:
For ten years we have been fighting in Afghanistan the longest of any of America's Wars. It is nearing the time when we must wind down the fight. The consequences of withdrawing too early will turn into the biggest blunder America has seen.
I fully am aware of what scenarios could arise if we get it wrong.The biggest reason this war has gone on too long is not giving it the full attention the situation needs.There needs to be a diplomatic push to get the Afhgan Government to get a control of corruption inside its midst.
Budget:
I guess plain and simple Congress will pass a budget every year I am in office.
Business and Labor:
I am for the individual who has an idea or talent that wants to use these gifts to better themselves and their families. Business owners create a environment that is able to provide for others the oppurtunity to better themselves and their families.
From these created jobs comes tax revenue that go to provde social programs provide a national defense for our people the jobs provide all of us the ability to live life at standards we can maintain.
Its fully known that businesses are the economic drive to American society it has been throughout the history of our nation.It is time to cut taxes on the job creators and unleash a flood of new jobs.
I find Labor unions in my determination too be thugish and being a borderline crime syndicate.I also perceive the labor leaders too be only out for themselves while using union dues to influence elections.
Capitol Punishment:
I support the death penalty,yes its a contridiction to my pro life stance I see it as there are crimes that I feel should have a sentence of death.
China:
China is our biggest threat we have borrowed to much money from them. The trade deficits hurt our economy, and their tainted products poison our citizens. I believe in FAIR trade over FREE trade,it's time to tariff these cheaply made products.
Civil Liberties:
No one wants to be ruled by a tyrant, the basic liberties life, the right to fair trial and the right to be free are somehow programmed in our lives. As humans we have few passions and our liberties top them. These simple rights offer a society the ability to grow as an individual.
When liberites are taken away hopes and dreams are also taken. As humans we think we have ideals and we can express them many ways, but as Americans our liberties are written on paper too let every American know their rights. The government shall never infringe on these god given rights.
Cuba:
Cuba has been a issue for many years, Castro is not a threat the old guard of Cuba is growing older. We need to reach out to the Cuban people. I am for travel between two countries. Easing embargos that are in place from a time of the Cold War.
Deficit:
We need to get a handle on the way we spend American Tax money.No longer can we afford spend more than we have then run to the Chinese begging for cash. The deficit needs to be reduced even if it needs to be done in small parts, we need to get the debt down.
Economy:
We need Americans back to work so tax revenues will flow. Congress needs to reduce Capitol gains, cut waste and fraud and provide small businesses with a environment that creates jobs. Ease of excessive regulations.
Education:
Need to teach our kids again, no more political indoctrination in schools.
Increase America's standing in the world against other world students no more falling behind.
Energy:
I will push multy frontal attack to the problem of foreign reliance on oil and fossil fuels.Exploration of American resources of natural gas, oil, the use of natural resources ie wind,solar and geothermal will be explored at a resonable cost if we cant afford it we wont do it will be made my M.O.
Environment:
We need to preserve the land we inherited the question is at what cost? There needs to be alittle more thought in how we live in and around the environment.
There needs to be reforestry program that if you cut a tree today for profit you replace with a sappling to be there tomorrow.
We need clean water but not with a over zealous EPA regulating. We need clean air but at a cost we can afford. The people are the keeper of the environment we need to care alittle more.
I support investing more in reforestry programs in America. I like the idea of take a tree; plant a tree, by commercial loggers.
Guantanamo:
I am for keeping it open it is paid for and it is operational why close it have to find new land and rebuild a prison to hold detainees,even if you find a existending piece of property there will still be cost of transferring staff, equipment and prisoners the logistics moving from Gitmo would be a waste of American tax payer monies.
Gun Control:
I support right to own guns, I support a populous who legally possess guns. I believe there should be more talk about individuals who arent suppose to be having guns and end up using them in crimes and what to do about them.
Health Care:
A compromise can be reached the Obama Healthcare Bill which was done behind our backs needs to be repealed.There needs to be away that Americans can pay some money to help with costs. There needs to be the ability to purchase healthcare across state lines.Doctors should be allowed to practice across state lines ( a licences in Va should cover a doctor to practice in Ky).
Iran:
A tougher stance on Irans Nuclear Program, there needs to be a more aggressive Inspection process to verify Irans progress of its intentions and determin if its for civilian or military use.
A Ennis Adminastration will reach out to the youth and freedom movement inside Iran to help them with their goals.
Iraq:
We need to continue to keep an eye on Iraq as the Obama Adminastration drawdowns its operations we need to remember that there is a chance if we turn our heads the bad guys will take up positions and create havoc inside Iraq.
Isreal:
America needs to support one of its most faithful allies. As long as Isreal is under the threat of being wiped off the face of the earth and I am President of the United States America will stand side by side with Isreal.
Marijuana:
The War on drugs was pushed during a different time in America's history.We need to end the War against the American people. With the issue regarding Marijuana I believe the US Government should seriously open up a discussion about Marijuana and the possibility in relaxing the Federal Law regulating the consumption and possession of Marijuana. The cost of imprisioning citizens for drug offences is a unnecessary cost. The cost to imprison a individual is 40,000 dollars a year and 2,500 dollars for a drug rehab program, which is the reasonable choice? A War on Drugs that isn't working or doing the right thing in recognizing the cost to fight Maurijuana is out weighed by the benefits of revenues that can be generated to help the Economy grow.
A argument can be made for the benefits Marijuana offers medically some examples, glaucoma, inducement of appetite for people on chemotherapy for cancer and persons living with HIV/AIDS.
Truth be told there is a benefit from legalizing Marijuana money money money.
First by legalizing Marijuana drug cartels would find competetion for the money. Second tax revenue for the US Government being potential on a estimated 10% of population will inject a average of 36 Billion dollars a year in tax revenue
I have seriously looked at this issue and do have a plan that would benefit everyone. The Postal service will pay a part with delivery, the Federal Government would grow it at the two Marijuana Farms it already operates. Then collecting the tax on it, which speaking of tax it will be a 100% tax on the Marijuana bought from the Government.The Federal Government can sell licenses to Marijuana dispenseries to be able to sell the product.
I can bring in 36 Billion in tax revenue every year with this idea.
Minimum Wage:
The Federal Minimum Wage is a base rate of pay that is mandated for the American workforce.I feel the wage is a fair rate, if there was a high minimum wage rate it couldnt be sustained. The price and costs of Labor will increase inflating product prices eventually reaching into the pockets of the American consumer.
National Security:
We are still under threat the next President needs an overwhelming experience of military operations and how to lead in the age of new Asymetrical Warfare. No more can a President rely on advisors for National Security Issues the Commander In Chief needs to be military minded and a Startegic Thinking in military operations and tactics.
As warfare becomes more associated with special operations and stryker brigades and special troop battalions and less with standing Armys the President needs to be the ultimate thinker in the National Security Docterine of America under his watch. There is no time for on the job training when it comes to National Security in a post 9-11 world.
North Korea:
North Korea has been a problem for so long nobody pays them much attention. I feel that North Korea needs to be made a example of along with Iran there needs to be more nuclear inspections at the security council the UN needs to verify that North Korea and Iran both are playing fair.
Palestinian Statehood:
There should be a peaceful Palestanian state living along side Isreal. It should be up to the Palestinians to control their own destiny. A totally disarmed Palestinian state that with a period of evaluation before total soverinty of their own country.
It needs to be announced that the Palestinian Authority accepts Isreals right to exist. If there is give and take some of the turmoil in the Middle East will die down.The Isreali and Palestinian conflict has been going on too long its time to end the fighting.
Poverty:
There is nothing more pressing on the heart than TV commercials of children in Africa and Honduras with not enough food to eat and needing shoes.America being a compassionate nation it makes us good to send that dollar or two, but there i a time when we need to think about the poor in our country.
We have hungry shoeless children in America a little more closer to home than Africa or Guatemala these kids need the attention first.I fully understand that different circumstances in a individuals life can make or break a persons financial standing.
We have homeless veterans that cant find work after serving this great nation, there are mental ill people in and out of half way houses not capable of providing for themselves. America is hurting its evident when ever a Natural disaster in a foreign country Hollywood stars run to start a telethon for them. As President I will make it my priority to put Americans first, when there is a need the needs of the people come first.
Prescription Drugs:
I have three words for prescription drugs " Too Damn High" Senior citizens are being over charged by the drug makers. I hate heraing statistics that American Seniors have went to Canada or Mexico for cheap drugs. No Senior in America should choose between drugs that they need or food. I am ashamed to live in a country of plenty while some seniors eat pet food.
Same Sex Issues:
I am totally against same sex marriage, I believe marriage is defined as a union between a man and woman. Marriage throughout our world has been the main force in society a man finds woman they have a child therefore the human race continues.
I feel it should be left up to states and its citizens to decide their same sex marriage Issues via referendums.
Social Security:
For the first time the social security account has paid out more than it took in. This shortage of 5 Billion dollars is a wake up sign to all of us. The lock box that was put in affect must have been robbed. Soon we need to decide continue on same path or redesign the Social Security system or do we allow the younger and new workers into the work force keep their social security tax to be personally invested. Something has to be done if we dont around 2025 it will be underwater.
Stem Cell Research:
I am for exploring sciences that develop a way to use stem cell without using embryos.It is time to stop using embryos as science projects.
Taxes:
A flat tax is a idea that I support along with getting rid of the IRS. The Flat Rate tax number I see is around 23%. Everyone needs to share and sacrifice a tax rate of 23% for all.
Trade Issues:
The trade deficit with China needs to be tilted more in our favor. We need to put more tarriffs on imports from China its time to cut into some of that profit they make by using low cost labor. There needs to be more inspections of lead in the products they make and send us along with inspections on construction material imports like drywall that is so terrible it causes damages to what ever it is put in.
United Nations:
I feel the United Nations has drifted from it's origininal mandate.The Security Council has allowed tyrants dictators and all around bad guys positions on Human Rights Councils and positions that give them a voice, with these actions I have the want to kick the UNITED NATIONS off our soil.
I do on the flip side believe in the Organziation when it works.The United Nations is a conflicted entity that acts selectively when dealing with certain countries.Around the world many have called for the United States to leave them alone or cries of outrage for us to keep our nose out of others business.
My adminastration would be prepared to send the United Nations a Resolution that would withdraw all of our troops from places around the world where US Military personell are under United Nations command.
The simple point will be this for ever American military personell pulled out of the United Nations command the other countries in the United Nations need to fill the void.
It is time for the United Nations and the rest of the world to PUT UP OR SHUT UP,for nearly 115 America has almost single handedly policed the globe to only be critized lied about and put down.
The world needs to follow America's lead not other way around with this said to show my displeasure with the United Nations I would be prepared to protest by my actions of calling for Resolution 0023 calling for the replacement of United Nations controlled US PERSONELL with UN Personell then would call for the UN to leave America.
